• Bill paying though special accounts with consent and authority given by the client

Agent

• Act as agent for health care and/or financial durable power of attorney for those without family or friends available or able to serve in that capacity

Trustee

• Trustee for smaller estates

Guardianship

• Act with Court authority to manage personal and financial affairs for those who cannot manage for themselves
• Arrange appropriate living situations and personal care while conserving and protecting assets

Personal Representative

• Administer estates needing probate

Fees

• Fees vary from $25 to $85 per hour based on services required.
