Joy

Joy

Do you see it?
Or, feel it?
Maybe, a little of both.

Love bubbles up inside,
So much love,
The champagne of it overflows.

Adding to this,
Rich tapestry of family,
A granddaughter is born.

I started thinking about the qualities of a good guardian when I was asked to take part in a new university course on guardianship.  I’m sure there are many more ingredients of an exemplary guardian and I’d like to hear from you with your suggestions.

So, I ask…what else should we look for in a  “good” guardian and can we teach it?

Let me know what you think at lexie@lexielamborn.com and I’ll expand the “recipe.”
